Month of the Young Child: Wagon Parade & Town Proclamation

Event Details

Come with wagons, strollers and bikes! We're kicking off Estes Grows Readers and the Month of the Young Child with this library and EVICS event. Meet at the front of the library and parade over to Bond Park with EVICs staff and honored guests (Town Administration). The parade ends back at the library Hondius Room for giveaways and craft.

Estes Grows Readers promotes awareness about the importance of parent and caregiver involvement in getting a young child ready for school.

Month of the Young Child focuses public attention on the needs of young children and their families and recognizes the early childhood programs and services that meet those needs.
