Estes Valley Crisis Advocates Book Club - "The Wife"

The Wife is the story of the long and stormy marriage between a world-famous novelist, Joe Castleman, his wife Joan, and the secret they’ve kept for decades. Joan is forced to confront the sacrifices she’s made in order to achieve the life she thought she wanted. After spending forty years subjugating her own literary talents to fan the flames of his career, she finally decides to stop.

This book club is a partnership between Estes Valley Crisis Advocates and the Estes Valley Library.

There will be 3 meetings for the discussion of this title with Kathy, an EVCA volunteer. By registering for the first discussion on September 16, you are automatically signed up for the subsequent discussions on September 23 and September 30.

All 3 meetings will be held in person at the Library, with an option for registrants to attend virtually as well, using Zoom. The Zoom invitation will be sent to all registrants 24 hours before the discussion.

After registering, you will receive an email with information on receiving a copy of the book.
