His research based approach provides suggestions for addressing both "on-stage" and "off-stage" haters, those who complain about your business publicly (social media, review sites, online forums, etc.) and those who use traditional means like telephone calls and email. As well as the benefits of addressing every complaint, every time, and in every channel.
